DMCA Policy
Deeming Rates Meaning ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. - State that the information in this Notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
Deliver this Notification, with all items completed, to our Designated Copyright Agent via our Contact Page.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent via our Contact Page, including substantially the following items:
- Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- Provide your name, address, and telephone number.
- Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
- State that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Deeming Rates Meaning may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
